Prices of goods and shipping rates listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) We include shipping insurance for loss or damage of your order placed through our site for your protection. Making a Purchase from our Site ..could not be easier, Just browse through our product categories and click on “Add to Cart “ on items that you wish to buy. For multiple same-product purchases, simply insert the amount required in the “Quantity” column in the shopping cart and click “Update cart”. We also offer optional shipping options during check, should your orer be time sensitive. Once satisfied with product selections and quantities click on “Checkout” and you will be asked either to log-in(if a paypal account holder) or click on the link below and check out as a guest using your credit card and then precede to fill in a few details that's needed and finalize your order.

We describe the features and specifications of products we offer, best we can, in great detail and as informed by the manufacturer. Ultimately for your best understanding and to make the right selection. In some cases we also perform a strict quality control inspection of all reels, rods, tackle & gear for any missed defects by the manufacturer to insure quick customer satisfaction without any down-time. In any case after any of the products we offer may fail, they are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for you to consult same and remedy your situation and problems experienced with your item. We also offer mail in order service by contacting us with a list of items, then we follow up with a total and you can mail us a personal national or international negotiable check, postal or bank issued money order through mail. If you are a canadian resident and you bank online we can also accept online email money transfers (bank to bank) through any Canadian-participating financial institution. Indian Band Members(Canada): We will credit back all taxes as charged on your order, provided we receive a copy of your Indian status card via email and the ship-to address for your order must match the address as contained on the status card and must deliver within the Reserve Boundary.
U.S.A. ORDERS: We add no tax to your order on checkout. Brokerage & cross border handling fees may be assessed by your government upon the handling and clearing of your order for delivery within your Country. By ordering from us, you the order recipient agrees to pay all associated costs to the Border Agent clearing your order or to be invoiced for all these charges separately and payable when the package is delivered to you. OVERSEAS ORDERS: A 20% shipping/handling charge is charged on your order's total, above the standard shipping rate and automatically added on check-out.

Return Policy/Guarantee: We offer a 100% money back refund on regular priced Items, bought in store or online. items discounted, marked down, on sale or on clearance are Final Sale-No Refunds. Customers wishing to exchange or return regular priced item(s) may do so, via return shipping through USPS/USA or CANADA POST/CANADA ONLY or by dropping it off in person at our drop off/pick up service address below. Items being returned must be UNUSED Complete with all Schematics, Branding tags, packaging as packaged by the manufacturer and returned to us within (10) days from the date of receiving the item or purchased in-store in its original packaging for a full refund, less any shipping costs or delivery charges as was charged to you to receive the item. On free shipping promotion purchases, we charge/hold back a standard outbound ship rate value of $21.95 per parcel (Canada) $29.95(USA) and/or $75.00 (Canada) $95.00 (USA) on oversized-added length items like fishing rods, items shipped in tubes, plus applicable taxes and any other fees incurred to us during the shipping/processing of your order( i.e. any border fees, clearing fees, special handling on items) In case of Damaged goods received, we are responsible for costs returning the item to us and we will refund or exchange the item. All returning items must be packaged securely and also contain a copy of your order's receipt is requested in with the the parcel. Please also mark the box RETURNS with our Name and return address on the box and Our address clearly to make its way back to us efficiently. Please also remember that if you are returning products from the USA or International location you must indicate on the description of goods as "Unwanted Goods-$0.00 Value For Duty" to avoid brokerage/duty fees coming back into our Country as we will not be responsible to pay these costs. The return shipping & handling costs are also the responsibility of the customer making these returns, including & "highly recommended" shipping insurance for loss or damage of the returning item(s) during the return trip for a safe return to us for the credit to be issued. Item(s) purchased from us experiencing failure and or malfunction due to performance after use. Regrettably we do not accept these items back once they have been used, which may have failure or not performance worthy. Rest assured however we are here for support to you as our valued customer, and most always all items carry a manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any failure with your item, during its warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer directly and we will offer support, also steering you to their right department if contact information is unknown and or procedures, if needed.

Back Orders: When we receive your order, we retain the sole right to credit back or back order any item(s) temporarily out of stock and shipped out to you as soon as stock is received. The initial shipping fee charged is the only fee you will ever have to pay and you will not be charged twice for shipping.
