Making a Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our product categories and click on “Add to Cart “ for items that you wish to buy. For multiple product purchases simply insert amount required in the “Quantity” column while in the shopping cart and click on “Update cart”. Once satisfied with product selections and quantities click on “Secure Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.

Return Policy/Guarantee: You may return any unused and unopened item(s) within thirty days from purchase, in their original packaging for any reason for a refund, less any shipping costs and other fees incurred by us during the original shipping & handling process of your order.(except in the case of damaged goods where we will automatically refund the full shipping costs as well.) The return shipping & handling costs, when applicable are the responsibility of the customer, including "highly recommended"shipping insurance for loss or damage of the returning item(s) during the return trip for a safe return to us for the credit to be issued. (Please email us first stating your order number for a return-authorization)

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

CANADA/USA: Our standard flat rate shipping and handling charges are calculated on the value of your order, with days in transit expected for delivery of your order as shown in the Flat Rate Shipping column bellow. All order are usually dispatched within 24 hours of our receipt (weekends and bank holidays excluded) and automatic dispatch confirmation is provided for your reference via email. A signature may be required on delivery of your order. Lighter orders of 500 grams or less may be shipped without a tracking number or signature but insured for damage or loss. We also offer additional shipping options for faster delivery of your order as available in the dark blue shaded areas of the chart.

*FREE SHIPPING OVER $200 -and- **FLAT RATE SHIIPING CHARGE applies only to orders of Terminal Tackle i.e. Line, floats, swivels, hooks, baits, tools, floats and most all other general terminal tackle items. Excludes bulk split shot, other select lead items, float rods, centerpin reels, rod & reel combos, waders and other oversized or irregular weighted items which may be subject to additional shipping charges automatically added in your cart upon your selection of the item(s) and destined to service areas of local and major regional points in Canada and the United States. Centerpin Angling also reserves the right to request additional shipping charges on orders bound to geographical remote locations, orders of irregular quantities, weight and size. In any case, we will notify you via email or telephone with an explanation on these extra shipping costs in advance, with your sole option to proceed with the order and pay the additional shipping costs or cancel the order and receive a full credit on your original purchase without penalty or any deductions.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: This is our basic-standard shipping service, all orders via this method are shipped using our choice carrier through CANADA POST/USPS, CANPAR GROUND and UPS GROUND methods, depending on certain factors pertaining to your order's contents, weight, and other criteria for best service to your door, The days in transit times listed for our standard service are supplied to us by our shipper's as to when you should expect to receive your order and are counted from the day following the dispatch date of your order and do not warrant a on-time delivery guarantee by us or our shippers, and delays can sometimes occur during holidays, border back-ups, bad weather conditions and or other factors in which case we ask to please be patient as our your order is making its way to you. In some instances P.O. Box' d, RR #'d & Military Base addresses's, rural areas may not be serviceable, in which case we will notify you in advance after receiving your order for an alternate address, or if other shipping options are needed. Orders received from any non serviceable locations will automatically be cancelled/refunded unless an alternate and verifiable address is provided.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS (Canada & United States Destinations) Going on a once in a life time steelhead trip? ...Ran-out of a crucial items in your tackle arsenal? When Fast delivery of your order is a must, we offer Express shipping methods "Guaranteed" i.e. Next day, 3rd day delivery at additional cost as listed above. In some instances P.O. Box, RR # & Military Base addresses's and rural areas may not be serviceable at the above express options, in which case we will notify you in advance after receiving your order for an alternate address prior to dispatching of your order, or other shipping options and issue any credit as may be applicable. Orders received from any non serviceable locations will automatically be cancelled unless an alternate and verifiable address is provided. In Canada, express shipping is available only for orders bound outside the province of Ontario, this due to our local delivery of your order is prompt and usually arrives at your door within 1-2 days at our standard rate and therefore may not be needed.

APPLICABLE TAXE RATES ON PURCHASES:
HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) Provinces in Canada: ON 13%, BC 12%, NS 15%, NB 13%, NF & L 13%
All other Provinces & Territories in Canada: 5% G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax)
INDIAN BAND MEMBERS(Canada): We will credit back all taxes as charged on your order provided we receive a copy of your INDIAN STATUS CARD, via fax or email and the ship-to address for your order must match the address as contained on the card and shipped within the Reserve.
USA and International Orders: We add NO TAX to your order upon checkout. However, please be advised that a duty tax, brokerage and handling fees may be applicable and assessed by your government through the customs broker handling and clearing your order for delivery within the destined Country, which individual case the order recipient will have to pay upon clearing the package for delivery or agree to be invoiced for all these charges separately when the package is delivered upon clearing customs. Please check with your government prior to ordering.

Back Orders: When we receive your order, any items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped out to you as soon as stock is received. The initial shipping fee charged is the only fee you will ever have to pay and you will not be charged twice for shipping. We reserve the right to credit monies back to you and cancel back orders on items of low value requiring high shipping costs, Items which no longer may be available, or over-delayed products by our suppliers etc. Note: Stockpiles are always replenished to avoid back orders, and it rarely happens due to our control.

Orders Overseas: In most case we are able to ship small light-weight orders overseas via air-parcel post at our standard rate above, with days in transit at about 6-12 business days. Please contact-us prior to placing your order for product of interest and we will advise if any further costs are applicable. Overseas express shipping is also available for faster transit times
