Should ordering online not be your preferred method of placing your order, we can also accept your order over the phone using your credit card and by calling us at 416-759-6153 between the hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (eastern standard time) Monday to Saturday or by sending us a personal cheque, postal or bank issued money order mailed through post.

Our best efforts are made to describe the features and specifications of our products in great detail, and as informed by the manufacturer. We perform a strict quality control and inspection process of all gear for any missed defects by the manufacturer prior to our dispatch to insure customer satisfaction on delivery. We invite all your comments and questions about our products via e-mail and requests for new products are encouraged should we not stock the item you may be looking for. We will make our best attempt to answer all replies within a timely manner.

TERMS OF USE:

Prices of goods and shipping rates listed are in canadian dollars (CAD) and include shipping insurance for loss or damage to your order.

Making a Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our product categories and click on “Add to Cart “ for items that you wish to buy. For multiple product purchases simply insert amount required in the “Quantity” column while in the shopping cart and click on “Update cart”. Once satisfied with product selections and quantities click on “Secure Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.

Return Policy/Guarantee: You may return any unused and unopened item(s) within thirty days from purchase, in their original packaging for any reason for a refund, less any shipping costs and other fees incurred by us during the original shipping & handling process of your order.(except in the case of damaged goods where we will automatically refund the full shipping costs as well.) The return shipping & handling costs, when applicable are the responsibility of the customer, including "highly recommended"shipping insurance for loss or damage of the returning item(s) during the return trip for a safe return to us for the credit to be issued. (Please email us first stating your order number for a return-authorization)

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

CANADA/USA: Shipping and handling costs are calculated on the value of your order (see applicable charts below) All orders over 500 grams are shipped via ground parcel, and are usually dispatched within 24 hours of our receipt (weekends and bank holidays excluded) Upon dispatch a tracking number will be provided via email for your reference, and a signature may be required on delivery of your order. Lighter orders of 500 grams or less may be shipped via air or ground parcel insured without a tracking number..

Days in transit times listed bellow are supplied to us by our shipper as a guide line on when the order recipient should expect to receive their order, and does not warrant a on-time delivery guarantee.

** Our standard shipping rate & Free Shipping Over $200 offer applies only to orders containing... Centerpin Reels & Terminal Tackle i.e. line, floats, swivels, hooks and other general tackle items, and within the service delivery areas of local and major regional points within Canada and the United States. Orders containing float Rods, Rod & Reel Combos and other select oversized-weighted items, the shipping charge on these items is automatically added in the shopping cart upon your selection, and in some cases is in addition to the standard scharge, and as stipulated at the end-total of your order upon check out. In addition, any orders bound to remote location(s) including orders of irregular size and weight may be subject to additional shipping charges in addition to the check-out shipping charge. In which rare case we will notify you via email if any extra charges are applicable. Upon contact, recipient will then have the sole option to cancel his order and receive full credit, or proceed with the order and pay additional shipping costs.

Days in Transit/Canadian Bound Orders: Orders bound for local and major regional points are to be expected within 1-7 Business days, while rural and geographically isolated locations delivery may take slightly longer and up to 8-9 days.

Days in Transit/ USA Bound Orders: All orders bound to the USA may be expected between 4-12 business days provided there are no border delays out of our control. In some instances P.O. Box' d, RR #'d & Military Base addresses's may not be serviceable. If this may be the case we will notify you in advance for an alternate address prior to dispatching of your order. Orders received from any non serviceable locations will automatically be cancelled unless an alternate and verifiable address is provided.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Canada/ United States): When express delivery of your order is a must, we can offer various express shipping methods "Guaranteed" i.e. over night, next day, 2nd day etc. at additional cost. Please e-mail us for a prompt quote to your destination. In Canada, express shipping is available only for orders bound outside the province of Ontario, due to our local delivery of your order is prompt and usually arrives at your door within 1-2 days at our standard rate and therefore not needed.  

TAXES: Taxes applicable on orders depends on order destination, and explained as follows:
Province of Ontario, Canada: 8% P.S.T & 5% G.S.T (Provincial Sales Tax & Goods & Services Tax) as charged.
All other Provinces & Territories in Canada: 5% G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) as charged
USA and Orders Overseas: We add NO TAX to your order upon checkout. However, please be advised that a duty tax, brokerage and handling fees may be applicable and assessed by your government, customs broker, handling and clearing your order for delivery, and in which case the order recipient will have to pay or be invoiced for all these charges separately when the package is delivered or prior to delivery upon clearing customs. Please check with your government prior to ordering.

Back Orders/ All countries: When we receive your order, any items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped out to you as soon as stock is received. The initial shipping fee charged is the only fee you will ever have to pay and you will not be charged twice for shipping. We reserve the right to credit monies back to you and cancel back orders on items of low value requiring high shipping costs, Items which no longer may be available, or over-delayed products by our suppliers etc. Note: Stockpiles are always replenished to avoid back orders, and it rarely happens due to our control.

Orders Overseas: In most case we are able to ship small light-weight orders overseas via air-parcel post at our standard rate above, with days in transit at about 6-12 business days. Please e-mail us prior to placing your order, with products of interest and we will advise if any further costs are applicable. Overseas express shipping is also available for faster transit times
